
Thursday 21 April at the Locanda della Rocca di Arignano will take place the first appointment entitled “Dialoghi – Una cena per raccontare”, a format that will periodically bring wine producers, chefs, and sommeliers to the Medieval manor. A gastronomic experience that will drive the guest on a sensory experience with a common thread: the food and wine pairing. A selection of Cascina Gilli labels will be combined with dishes specially created by the executive chef Fabio Sgro, who through a different cooking techniques, flavors and matchings will show the versatility of native grapes such as Malvasia, Freisa and Barbera.
